1. Contact Us
Start by contact us with the details of your desired costume. Please include as much information as possible - reference images, character names, specific elements you want to be included, and your desired delivery date.
2. Quote and Confirmation:
Our team will review your request and provide a quote for your costume based on the complexity of the design, materials, and time required to complete it. Once you agree with the quote, we'll send you a link for payment.
3. Design and Drafting and Creation:
Once payment is received, our designers will start working on your costume. We will stay in close contact during this process, ensuring the design matches your vision and making adjustments as needed.
4. Quality Check and Shipping:
We will perform a rigorous quality check before shipping thecostume to you. We want to ensure it's exactly what you ordered and that it meets our high standards.
4. Pls Note
- Custom orders generally take longer than listing costumes. So please allow ample time when ordering.
- Given the unique nature of custom orders, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless there's a defect in craftsmanship.
